Job Title: Senior Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in full-cycle recruiting, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike. This role requires strategic thinking, leadership, and hands-on execution to attract top talent across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level roles across departments.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop customized recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, and networking events.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure data accuracy.
  • Negotiate offers and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Provide a best-in-class candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to training and process improvements.
  • Stay current on industry trends, labor laws, and best practices in recruitment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or any field (Master's preferred).
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience with employer branding and diversity hiring initiatives is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, AIRS).
  • Experience recruiting for technical, sales, or executive roles.
  • Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools.
