We are seeking a skilled Senior React JS Developer with 4-6 years of experience to join our dynamic team
As a pivotal member of our development team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing user interface components using Reactjs concepts and workflows such as Redux, Flux, and Webpack
You will also be involved in ensuring high performance on mobile and desktop environments, collaborating with the design team for new features, and architecting the front-end components of our web applications

Responsibilities:

Develop new user-facing features using React.js
Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.
Collaborate with the design team to bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation.
Review and provide feedback on technical requirements and constraints.
Work closely with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging processes to maintain code quality and stability.
Stay up-to-date with the latest React.js developments and best practices.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers, sharing knowledge and fostering a collaborative team environment.

Requirements:

4-6 years of professional experience working with React.js and its core principles.
Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles, such as JSX, virtual DOM, and state management.
Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Redux, Flux, or Context API) and development tools (such as Webpack, Babel, NPM, or Yarn).
Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern authorization mechanisms.
Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience with server-side languages such as Node.js or Python.
Knowledge of additional front-end frameworks/libraries such as Angular, Vue.js, or Svelte.
Experience with responsive and mobile-first design principles
