Senior QC Analyst

Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting, optimization, and performance tuning for recurring data extracts and ad-hoc reporting.
• Validate results of deliverables against project scope, using knowledge of the healthcare industry, market, and standard operating procedures.
• Develop database scripts to enhance data management processes.
• Monitor and resolve daily failure alerts.
• Create and maintain both manual and automated test cases that will put deliverables through rigorous end-to-end QC.
• Partner with the PS and SC teams to provide feedback and suggestions for improvement of requirements and Analysts to ensure the delivery of high-quality reports.
• Conduct project post implementation reviews to identify key enhancements and lessons learned to drive continuous improvement and optimize project outcomes.
• Assist and advise on best practices for quality assurance and make recommendations to improve efficiency and performance.
• Escalate any issues in a timely manner and provide input for resolution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SQL coding practices and methodologies, inclusive of working knowledge of SQL cursors, coding automation
• 3+ years of experience with technical capabilities in advanced SQL coding, Notebook tools such as Databricks, process automation solutions, or test automation or any other functional automation tools.
• Experience implementing stored procedures and triggers for automation tasks.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, along with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of technical and non-technical team members.
• Fastidious attention to detail and a desire to deliver high quality products and solutions.
• Experienced systems thinker; desire to develop subject matter expertise and understand the ways our teams leverage our data assets.
