Senior Project Manager - North & South

Project Planning & Coordination

• Lead end-to-end planning activities, including resource scheduling, milestone tracking, and execution strategy development.
• Evaluate architectural and engineering designs, facilitating seamless coordination with consultants, architects, and subcontractors.
• Interface with cross-functional teams, vendors, and external agencies to ensure the uninterrupted flow of information and project progress.

Site & Construction Management

• Oversee the performance of execution contractors, ensuring optimal deployment of manpower and timely material delivery.
• Implement change management protocols to accommodate evolving designs and scope adjustments while maintaining quality standards.
• Manage site-level design integration and ensure adherence to best-in-class construction methodologies.
• Direct all on-site construction activities, providing technical guidance and ensuring alignment with project objectives.

General & Strategic Leadership

• Apply modern contractual frameworks and compliance standards to ensure project success.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating negotiation acumen and strategic foresight.
• Identify critical path issues and develop solutions proactively to mitigate potential risks.
