Senior Program Officer (Education)

Domain Expertise & Field Leadership: Bring advanced-level knowledge of pedagogy, governance, and ground realities in early childhood and primary education. Lead AI-based program deployments through pilots, experiments, and scale-ups.

Project Planning & Implementation: Participate in project planning, coordination, implementation, monitoring, and reporting to ensure timely delivery of objectives.

Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with key stakeholders, including education departments, government functionaries, internal teams, and external partners, to ensure smooth project execution.

Documentation & Communication: Document field activities, success stories, and achievements. Communicate complex issues clearly to stakeholders in English and Hindi.

Coordination & Support: Support cross-functional teams (researchers, data scientists, engineers) for data acquisition, field research, and AI solution deployment.

Monitoring & Supervision: Ensure adherence to project work plans, timelines, resource allocations, and deliverables through regular supervision and coordination.

Additional Duties: Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
