Job Description
- Good Communication Skills
- Knowledge and use of Network Management Tools and integration experience with other Tools
- Should be able to understand the network setup to troubleshoot the issues
- Able to log case with Provider and OEM and follow up till closure
- Updating and closing the Servicedesk ticket which is getting assigned
- Should be able to perform basic troubleshooting on Router, Switches, and Firewall
- Acknowledge the emails which are sent to network ID
- Raising the CR or ECR
- Changing the VLAN as per the Ticket/email
- Responding to SolarWinds on the alert
