Senior Product Motion Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design motion-driven product interactions that improve clarity, usability, and engagement within core product journeys.
• Create high-quality motion assets including UI animations, prototypes, interaction flows, marketing visuals, and internal presentations.
• Adapt motion design solutions for multiple platforms including mobile, web, and TV while ensuring consistency with the product's design language.
• Contribute to and maintain a scalable motion system by defining standards for motion behavior, transitions, and interaction patterns.
• Prototype motion concepts with high fidelity to effectively communicate ideas to product, engineering, and design teams.
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure motion design is technically feasible and implemented effectively in production.
• Maintain visual and interaction excellence by applying strong design principles including layout, hierarchy, typography, and color.
• Leverage generative AI tools to support rapid creative exploration and production workflows.
