Senior Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis to generate actionable insights and determine ROI for product initiatives.
• Translate abstract problems into clear, structured requirements, leveraging market trends and user feedback.
• Influence product roadmaps both within and beyond your functional area to enhance the overall ecosystem.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize initiatives and ensure alignment across business, engineering, and design.
• Respond swiftly to external signals, adjusting roadmaps and communicating changes effectively.
• Own at least one key KPI directly aligned with product objectives and key results (OKRs).
• Develop deep expertise in one functional area to drive strategic innovations and improvements.
• Participate in team-building initiatives, including mentoring and contributing to hiring processes.
