Senior Procurement Manager

Job Summary:

• Lead and drive performance management of key procurement initiatives and projects across multiple spend categories.
• Align procurement objectives with broader organizational goals to ensure efficiency and value delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development and cascade of annual objectives for the Global Procurement Organization.
• Define and track key performance metrics for the aligned procurement area.
• Identify, plan, and execute strategic initiatives aligned with business and procurement objectives.
• Ensure alignment of objectives with the personal development plans of Procurement Leadership Team members.
• Embed a performance-driven culture across procurement activities in multiple spend categories.
• Develop and implement governance models for regular performance updates and tracking.
• Act as an internal consultant to Procurement leadership, providing strategic insights and fresh perspectives.
• Challenge conventional thinking and offer advisory input to improve procurement strategies.
• Prepare briefing materials and executive summaries for meetings involving the Procurement Head and Category Leads.
• Lead communication strategy for the Chief Procurement Officer at the market/category level.
• Develop and implement content for procurement communication initiatives.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience leading procurement within a specific supply category.
• Proven project management capabilities.
• Proficiency in generating data insights for performance measurement.

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA or advanced degree.
• Experience managing and influencing multiple stakeholders.
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
• Executive-level communication experience.
