Senior Procurement Executive/ Senior Buyer

The role involves supporting the Technology Services Procurement function through sourcing, supplier management, and stakeholder engagement. The focus is on managing IT professional services, including developers, testers, analysts, and project managers, while ensuring compliance, value creation, and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support category strategy execution and supplier relationship management (SRM) programs.
• Lead sourcing and negotiation for low to medium spend Statements of Work (SOWs) and ensure commercial and contractual compliance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to raise and approve purchase requests (PR/POs) and maintain procurement pipelines.
• Ensure contracts and supplier onboarding meet required standards and timelines.
• Manage supplier performance, monitor contracts, and drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Legal, Finance, HR) for approvals, budget alignment, and procurement queries.
• Maintain accurate data in procurement systems such as Ariba, Oracle, and Fieldglass, and support efficiency initiatives.
• Conduct market research and recommend alternative sourcing options.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Strong background in IT procurement / professional services sourcing.
• Expertise in contract & SOW management, vendor negotiation, and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of procurement tools like Ariba, Fieldglass, and Oracle.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
• Preferably degree qualified
