Senior Process Executive – Life and Annuity Insurance

• Process back-office Life & Annuity insurance transactions including Policy Administration, Disbursement, Claims, Replacements, Exchanges, Rollovers, Transfers, Surrenders, and Withdrawals

• Ensure accuracy and compliance in transaction processing according to regulatory guidelines

• Analyze discrepancies, research issues, and resolve them with strong analytical skills

• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate complex information clearly in verbal and written formats

• Collaborate with team leads and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations

• Support night shift operations and onsite deployment requirements

• Use mainframe systems and PC applications such as MS Word, Outlook, and other business software efficiently

• Apply domain knowledge of annuity products, retirement income strategies, and compliance regulations
