Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process life and annuity insurance transactions such as replacements, exchanges, rollovers, transfers, surrenders, and withdrawals.
  • Handle policy administration services, disbursements, and claims with high accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and internal policies.
  • Review, assess, and resolve discrepancies using analytical and research skills.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records in the system.
  • Communicate complex information clearly in verbal and written formats.
  • Work collaboratively with team leads and other stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Utilize mainframe systems and PC applications (MS Word, Outlook, Excel) for daily tasks.
