Senior Process Analyst – SOX Audit

• Conduct risk-based SOX audits and support Audit Team Managers in audit assignments, including scoping, detailed testing, agreeing findings, and escalation.

• Document audit results in line with internal requirements and International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing (IIA Standards).

• Maintain communication and relationships with audit clients throughout the audit process.

• Complete tasks within allocated hours; escalate challenges timely.

• Apply sound judgment when documenting potential audit findings, including root cause analysis.

• Stay up-to-date on best practices in auditing and SOX compliance.

• Participate in initiatives in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes effectively.

• Follow Gallagher policies, procedures, and governance, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
