Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant- SAP!
Perform as an Azure Architect.
Focus is to Design (with Architect's support) and Deliver enterprise class applications infrastructure platforms (IAAS & PAAS ..).
Coordination and communication with multiple Digital Technologies internal teams (Infrastructure Teams, Security Team, Application Teams and Business Partnership), as well as exchange with external partners (vendors, consulting organizations)..
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of enablement architects, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical leadership.
Lead the application architecture review to decide on new architecture proposed by enablement architects and members of the product teams.
Design infrastructure of the IAAS, PAAS / Cloud Solutions.
Ensure scalability and elasticity standards are integrated and enforced.
Ensure availability and fault tolerance requirements are met and are appropriate for the specific needs of the product teams' applications.
Ensure all documented security and compliance controls are adopted and followed by project teams.
Ensure prioritization of the enablement architects backlog meets business needs of the organization.
Be accountable for project deliverables, ensure project is completed with agreed scope, quality, on time and on budget.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture, ensuring the team%27s continuous growth and development.
Participate in various forums such as the Service Reliability Engineer (SRE) and Communities of Practices (COPs) as needed
Interact as entry point of our customers to understand their requirements
Design infrastructure solutions over a multi-cloud (AZURE, GCP, AWS) IaaS, PaaS and on premises ecosystems
Challenge and influence project manager/director to align cloud & infrastructure solution design within our strategies and standards.
Work together within the team and with other stakeholders like Senior Architects / Security / infrastructure experts to define the design of the solutions based on the customer needs.
Create and own project plan to get the infrastructure delivered (End to End infrastructure delivery)
Provide estimations for resources, time and cost needed for project demand to the customer
Manage risks that might impact project or business operations
Keep communication active with all layers of stakeholders involved
Lead development/implementation teams on project activities
Ensure adherence to processes standards and Infrastructure Strategy for development and implementation.
Follow up, organize & align cloud/infrastructure project plan with customer and IT project manager.
Be accountable for project deliverables, ensuring project is completed with agreed scope, quality, on time and on budget.
Be accountable of his projects Documentation storage and sharing.
Driving knowledge sharing over the other associates and contractors.
Supervision of 2 to 10 contractors, on shore, near shore or oA shore, who can be located anywhere in the world (US, China, Brazil, EU, India, …).
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science or Information Systems required.
Knowledge/Experience in IT Background .
Good communication, especially in English and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a flexible and changing environment, manages multiple activities and priorities, and work well under pressure
Infrastructure Architecture technical knowledge, Developing / implementing IAAS & PAAS enterprise infrastructure. Strong Cloud capability (windows, oracle, azure, PaaS).
Understanding of the business operations processes
ITIL, PMI, Agile, DevOps, Scrum certifications will be a plus
Proven leadership and influencing experience with key stakeholders
Language: Fluent in English.
