In this role, a Full Stack Lead with hands-on experience should do the designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade full-stack applications within Azure and Databricks environments. The role requires strong leadership capabilities to guide UI developers and build next-generation applications embedding GenAI capabilities. The primary responsibility of the role is to play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of web applications by combining technical expertise with leadership capabilities. They also ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the desired quality standards.
Responsibilities
Technical Expertise: A full stack lead must be proficient in front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Ruby on Rails. They should also be familiar with databases like MySQL or MongoDB.
Project Management: They are responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects from conception to completion. This includes setting timelines, allocating resources, and ensuring that the project meets its objectives.
Team Leadership: Leading a team of developers requires strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and guide team members. The full stack lead should foster a collaborative environment and provide mentorship.
Performance Optimization: Optimize application for scalability and efficiency. Ensuring the quality of code and application functionality is crucial. The full stack lead should implement best practices for testing and debugging to maintain high standards.
Client Interaction: Often, they interact with clients to understand requirements and provide updates on project progress. This requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to translate technical jargon into understandable terms.
Collaboration and Support: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs and provide technical guidance and support to junior developers.
Process governance: Create and maintain technical documentation, including process design documents (PDDs), solution design documents (SDDs), and test plans according to standards and framework. Ensure all automations adhere to coding standards, security protocols, and enterprise governance policies.
Process Improvement & Efficiency. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in financial processes and systems. Promote standardization to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Support the regional and global finance projects.
Qualifications We Seek in You!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Bachelor%27s or master%27s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in software development and architecture roles.
Technical certifications in React/Python.
Preferred Qualifications / Skills
Lead the design and architecture of full-stack applications leveraging Azure and Databricks ecosystems.
Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ React, CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)
Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g. C#, Java, Python) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, Node.js)
Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL), web servers (e.g. Apache) and UI/UX design
Ensure seamless integration with data platforms, APIs, and microservices architecture.
Establish best practices for code quality, security, performance optimization, and CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and product managers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Stay updated on emerging technologies in full-stack development and AI/GenAI integrations.
Ensure production-grade scalability, testing, and monitoring
Understanding of microservices architecture, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
Guide and mentor UI development teams in building interactive and user-friendly front-end interfaces.
