Key Responsibilities

Holiday Package Design

• Design and develop customized holiday packages based on customer preferences and budgets
• Curate travel solutions including flights, hotels, transfers, sightseeing, and experiences
• Ensure packages are competitive, cost-effective, and aligned with customer expectations

Tour Itinerary Planning

• Suggest and design detailed domestic and international tour itineraries
• Personalize itineraries to suit individual travelers, families, and groups
• Ensure smooth travel flow, realistic timelines, and value-added experiences

Group Tours Sales & Pitching

• Pitch and sell group tour packages to corporate clients, institutions, and travel groups
• Prepare tour proposals and presentations tailored to client requirements
• Coordinate group logistics and manage client expectations

Client Interaction & Sales

• Speak with prospective clients to understand travel needs and preferences
• Promote and sell international and domestic tour packages
• Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings through effective communication and follow-up

Booking Tools & Systems

• Use internal and external online booking tools for flights, hotels, and travel services
• Maintain accuracy in bookings, documentation, and confirmations
• Stay updated on travel platforms, systems, and pricing tools

Industry Resources & Market Engagement

• Utilize travel resources such as trade fairs, travel meetings, and industry events
• Build relationships with vendors, hotels, airlines, and destination partners
• Stay informed about new destinations, travel trends, and promotional offers

Candidate Profile

Education & Experience

• Graduate in Travel, Tourism, Business, or a related field
• Experience in travel sales, tour operations, or holiday package design preferred

Professional Skills

• Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations
• Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills
• Ability to design creative and customer-focused itineraries
• Familiarity with online booking tools and travel systems
