Senior Officer (NT) – Sales & Marketing
Job Description
Manage, analyze, and report sales and marketing data to support operational and strategic decision-making.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports covering sales performance, market trends, customer engagement, and key operational KPIs.
Collect data from sales logs, automation systems, and maintenance inputs; validate accuracy and highlight deviations or trends requiring management attention.
Develop dashboards, standardized reporting formats, and performance trackers to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordinate closely with production, maintenance, quality, and energy teams to ensure consistency and reliability of reported data.
Support audits, management reviews, and statutory reporting requirements related to sales and marketing operations.
Assist in implementing marketing strategies and operational plans for institutional and retail channels.
