Technical Skills:
5+ years of professional programming experience developing applications using C# and other
.NET technologies, including VSTO, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web Services (REST, SOAP)
and SQL Server technologies, including SSRS and SSIS
5+ years of demonstrated experience configuring and supporting FIS Investran solutions
Strong knowledge of the Investran data model, Accounting and reporting hierarchies,
transaction types, batch templates, Active Templates, Allocation Rules, Data Import Utility, and
Report Wizard
Working knowledge of the Investran SDK and API
Working knowledge of accounting and reporting principles in the Private Equity area
Outstanding troubleshooting skills
Experience improving performance and reliability of production systems
Strong knowledge of software design patterns, OOD, DDD, BDD

Experience with continuous integration frameworks and processes, test-driven development
(TDD) and automated testing technologies (Selenium, RestAssured or similar)
Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and best practices and experience with project
management tools such as Jira
Knowledge of and experience with SDLC frameworks such as Waterfall, SCRUM and KANBAN
Demonstrated team player, self-starter, and independent thinker with good communication and
team collaboration skills
Must be able to handle multiple assignments simultaneously and have strong organizational
skills
Ability to contribute to projects in a fast-paced environment
Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
Provide technical leadership to more junior team members and assist PMs with project planning
and task assignment
Ability to work with team in other locations, across different timezones
Availability and willingness to travel occasionally to other Citco locations
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences, Information Systems or equivalent

Experience with workflow-based applications
Experience of systems integration, web service and ETL development
