Senior .NET Investran Developer

Job Description

Technical Skills:

 5+ years of professional programming experience developing applications using C# and other

.NET technologies, including VSTO, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web Services (REST, SOAP)

and SQL Server technologies, including SSRS and SSIS

 5+ years of demonstrated experience configuring and supporting FIS Investran solutions

 Strong knowledge of the Investran data model, Accounting and reporting hierarchies,

transaction types, batch templates, Active Templates, Allocation Rules, Data Import Utility, and

Report Wizard

 Working knowledge of the Investran SDK and API

 Working knowledge of accounting and reporting principles in the Private Equity area

 Outstanding troubleshooting skills

 Experience improving performance and reliability of production systems

 Strong knowledge of software design patterns, OOD, DDD, BDD

 Experience with continuous integration frameworks and processes, test-driven development

(TDD) and automated testing technologies (Selenium, RestAssured or similar)

 Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and best practices and experience with project

management tools such as Jira

 Knowledge of and experience with SDLC frameworks such as Waterfall, SCRUM and KANBAN

 Demonstrated team player, self-starter, and independent thinker with good communication and

team collaboration skills

 Must be able to handle multiple assignments simultaneously and have strong organizational

skills

 Ability to contribute to projects in a fast-paced environment

 Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines

 Provide technical leadership to more junior team members and assist PMs with project planning

and task assignment

 Ability to work with team in other locations, across different timezones

 Availability and willingness to travel occasionally to other Citco locations

 Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences, Information Systems or equivalent

 The following skills are a plus:

 Experience with workflow-based applications

 Experience of systems integration, web service and ETL development

 Adaptive to change and feedback from team members

 Working with other teams to solve complex problems
