Senior MERN Stack Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior MERN Stack Developer with 6-8 years of hands-on experience in developing scalable web applications.

The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of MongoDB, MySQL, and Microservices architecture, along with expertise in React.js, Node.js, and Express.js. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing full-stack applications while ensuring performance and security best practices.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance applications using MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Architect and implement Microservices-based solutions, ensuring modularity and efficiency.
• Develop and optimize database structures using MongoDB and MySQL for largescale applications.
• Implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services as required.
• Ensure high performance, security, and scalability of applications.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, UI/UX designers, and other stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Conduct code reviews, troubleshooting, and debugging to enhance application performance.
• Work with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for deployment and automation.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in MERN stack development.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 6-8 years of experience in MERN Stack Development.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, React.js, and MongoDB.
• Expertise in MySQL and relational database design.
• Solid understanding of Microservices architecture and containerization using Docker/Kubernetes.
• Experience in API development, authentication (OAuth, JWT), and security best practices.
• Hands-on experience with GraphQL (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of Cloud services (AWS).
• Familiarity with message queues like RabbitMQ, Kafka.
• Experience with version control tools like Git/GitHub/GitLab.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and refactor code for better performance.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience in Serverless Computing (AWS Lambda, Firebase Functions).
• Knowledge of TypeScript.
• Exposure to NoSQL SQL data migration strategies.
• Familiarity with real-time data processing (WebSockets, Redis, Socket.io).
