Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives and drive sales in the doors and furniture industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and sales strategies, a deep understanding of the furniture and doors market, and the ability to develop and execute marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility and boost revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote doors for our company.
  • Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Present product information to customers and explain the benefits of our doors.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
  • should be able to look after complete day to day activities related to field work and talking with supervisors with respective companies for any related queries .

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven experience in marketing and selling doors, preferably within the furniture industry.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the doors and furniture market, including industry trends and customer expectations.
  • Marketing Skills: Expertise in digital marketing, branding, lead generation, and campaign management.
  • Sales Acumen: Ability to develop sales strategies, negotiate deals, and drive business growth.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis, market research, and performance tracking.
  • Leadership: Experience in leading and managing teams with a strategic and results-driven approach.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade clients and stakeholders.
