Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute AMC, FMS, and KAM strategies and budgets in the region in line with overall service strategy.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and improve service revenue through AMC and FMS offerings.
  • Design and implement best-in-class service processes under Fleet Care offerings to ensure superior customer experience.
  • Coordinate with network management teams to strategize network expansion, service capacity optimization, and Fleet Care offerings.
  • Monitor targets related to service network enhancements, review service-related issues of key accounts, and ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.
  • Support digital initiatives such as Fleetedge, E-Dukan, and Bandhu to increase service and spares penetration.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to optimize business performance.
  • Communicate technological changes and potential impacts on supply, recommending solutions without compromising service quality or cost optimization.
  • Establish regional objectives, monitor team performance, and implement best practices for people management.
  • Drive and monitor training and certification programs for the team.
  • Review market research and field inputs to provide insights into customer needs and preferences.
