Senior Manager:Business Strategy & Analyst_AFL

Responsibilities:

Financial & Business Analysis:

• Analyze business, markets, and financial statements.
• Develop financial models to support decision-making and solution-oriented approaches.
• Monitor financial and operational performance of portfolio post-sanction.
• Conduct covenant monitoring through client interactions, site visits, and engagement with consultants and legal counsel.

Deal Structuring & Market Insights:

• Provide insights on deal structuring, sector trends, and market research.
• Negotiate with clients to optimize outcomes.

Portfolio Monitoring & Compliance:

• Conduct post-disbursement monitoring and compliance checks in coordination with clients and internal teams.
• Prepare portfolio performance review reports.
• Participate in regular client discussions, meetings, and site visits.

Audit & Regulatory Management:

• Handle internal and external account audits, ensuring minimal observations and timely closure of issues.
• Understand and ensure adherence to legal and regulatory frameworks for each transaction.

Relationship Management:

• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and strategy execution.
