Senior Manager - SAS SQL

Key Deliverables:

• Provide L2 support for Dynamics 365 Sales and Service modules
• Troubleshoot and resolve CRM issues with root cause diagnostics
• Implement CRM workflows, integrations, and Power Automate solutions
• Maintain technical documentation and deliver user training sessions

• Collaborate with development and cross-functional teams for timely issue resolution
• Ensure CRM system stability through preventive monitoring and tuning
• Manage stakeholder communication and SLA adherence
