In this role, Sets the vision, strategy, and global operating model for RTR, ensuring financial integrity and compliance. Partners with the CFO and Finance leadership to deliver high-quality reporting and enable strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
Define RTR strategy and align with organizational goals.
Preparation and Manage team's execution of journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting.
Lead RTR globally, covering accounting, closing, and reporting, Fixed Asset, Lease IIFRS 16 and ASC 42)and Inter Company Accounting.
Exposure to Revenue Recognition
Drive digital transformation, process harmonization, and global standardization.
Ensure statutory, regulatory, and management reporting accuracy.
Represent RTR in Finance leadership forums and external audits.
Manage global teams, budgets, and resources.
Build strong succession pipelines and diverse leadership talent.
Strategic alignment and delivery of RTR goals.
Successful audit outcomes globally.
Cost and efficiency metrics improvement.
Talent retention and leadership pipeline.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Chartered Accountant/CPA/MBA Finance.
Relevant years of progressive RTR/Finance leadership experience.
Proven track record in leading global RTR operations.
