Senior Manager-Purchase

Key Responsibilities and Tasks:

Purchase Budget Activities

• Maintain part-level data to provide timely inputs for commodity budgets, VAVE, cost reductions/increases, and provisions.
• Track budget allocation versus actual spend.
• Measures: Accurate budget tracking, cost reduction achievements

Purchase Management – Sourcing of Direct Material

• Prepare approval documents for commercial review and release POs for new projects as per Pro X process.
• Ensure achievement of DMC and Capex targets for parts.
• Measures: Part-level DMC and Capex target achievement, timely PNOC closure

Strategic Supplier Management (BSSB)

• Maintain part family-wise commodity book and ensure compliance.
• Plan and monitor alternate sources and complete sourcing for exit suppliers.
• Participate in MSA completion for strategic suppliers and track implementation of action plans to improve MSA score.
• Measures: % of APV from capable sources, suppliers with MSA >70, number of source-able suppliers YOY

Profitability Enhancement

• Execute commercial cost reduction activities per plan.
• Minimize the impact of commodity and commercial cost increases.
• Measures: Commercial cost reduction, cost increase management

Employee Engagement

• Complete training as per the plan.
• Participate in team capability building and knowledge sharing.
• Measures: Completion of training plan
