Senior Manager – Purchase

Purchase Budget & Cost Management

• Maintain part-level budget and cost data (DMC/Capex).
• Track allocations and actual spend.

Sourcing & Purchase Management

• Prepare and release POs for new projects per Pro X process.
• Achieve part-level DMC and Capex targets.
• Facilitate timely PNOC closure.

Strategic Supplier Management (BSSB)

• Maintain commodity books and monitor supplier compliance.
• Source alternate suppliers for exit suppliers.
• Implement MSA action plans for strategic suppliers.

Profitability & Cost Reduction

• Drive commercial cost reduction initiatives.
• Minimize cost escalation impacts on commodity or projects.

Employee Engagement & Development

• Ensure training completion per plan.
• Foster development of self and team members
