Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's products, services, and industry landscape.
- Create customized proposals, pitches, and sales presentations tailored to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to plan and execute targeted campaigns for lead generation.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify customer needs and industry trends.
- Develop marketing content such as brochures, case studies, web copy, and thought leadership pieces.
- Assist in the creation of sales enablement materials including whitepapers and collateral.
- Support presales efforts by participating in solution design, product demos, and client presentations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering) to align marketing messaging with product capabilities.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance with recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on marketing best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
- Participate in RFQs, bid management, and tendering processes when required.
- Travel occasionally for client meetings, presentations, or industry events.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in presales and marketing within the IT/SaaS industry (international experience is a must).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of enterprise software solutions and their applications across industries.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical solutions to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in creating engaging content and marketing materials.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach.
- Experience in RFQ, bid management, and tendering processes is a plus.
- Proficiency with marketing and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), social media platforms, and email marketing tools.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments, handling multiple priorities and projects.
- Willingness to travel for client engagements or events when required.
