Key Responsibilities and Tasks:

Shift Line Management

• Oversee Head and Block line operations for the respective shift.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and safety compliance on the production floor.

Team Leadership and Development

• Lead, motivate, and manage shift personnel to achieve performance targets.
• Identify training needs and support skill development of team members.

Performance Monitoring

• Track line performance metrics and implement corrective actions for deviations.
• Ensure timely resolution of operational issues to maintain continuous production.

Coordination and Reporting

• Communicate effectively with other shifts, maintenance teams, and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare shift reports and escalate critical issues to senior management.
