Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Review client moderation manuals before and during moderation activities.
- Check all messages for inappropriate content and modify or delete messages violating guidelines.
- Escalate critical issues to the Community Manager.
- Maintain accurate records of deleted messages and banned users as requested.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation in the moderation database.
- Collaborate with Community Manager(s) on rota changes, content issues, and legal concerns.
