Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, Operations Manager!
In this role, you will be focused on managing daytoday operations, transitions, team KPIs, risk alerts, audits, reviews, automation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
.Lead endtoend delivery ensuring seamless alignment with client business objectives..
.Seamlessly overlook transition and project manage to alert and highlight risks
.Drive operational excellence across all delivery towers by setting performance benchmarks, governance rhythms, and quality frameworks.
.Act as the executivelevel contact for clients, leading governance discussions, QBRs/MBRs, and seniorstakeholder communications.
.Build trusted, longterm client relationships and influence strategic direction for outsourced portfolios
.Build business cases for process optimization, automation investments, and operational transformation initiatives
.Serve as the final escalation point for critical operational or compliance issues.
.Lead endtoend transitions, migrations, and transformation programs, ensuring risk management and measurable business outcomes.
.Champion digital strategies including RPA, AI, analytics, workflow tools, and intelligent automation to modernize current operations
.Identify and execute continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and digital methodologies
.Establish and implement review, audit and control mechanism to increase the quality efficiency of the teams.
.Communicate performance against objective with the individual team members and constantly monitor their performance in terms of agreed key performance indicators.
.Disseminate information received from client contact point to the team members as soon as possible and to ensure the team members are fully briefed on the information received.
.Lead and grow a team of people managers, creating a strong leadership pipeline and succession planning framework.
.Drive manager capability in performance management, coaching, talent engagement, and teamofteams effectiveness.
.Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, recognition, and continuous learning.
.Define and enforce robust operational governance, risk, audit, and compliance frameworks across all teams.
.Ensure timely detection and mitigation of operational risks, customer dissatisfaction, compliance breaches, and process gaps.
.Maintain strong process documentation, adherence to SOPs, and audit readiness at all times.
.Responsible to demonstrate capacity for critical thinking and analysis.
.Responsible to showcase strong work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment.
.Be responsible and ensure updated process documentations, training modules and continuous training of personnel basis identified training needs.
.Ensure accuracy / integrity of data.
.Flexibility to work additional hours during month / quarter close and flexibility to stretch working hours due to business requirements.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
.Bachelor's degree in business administration, Commerce, Economics, or related field.
.Rich years of working experience with good years of experience in team management role
.Ability to project and program manage more than one project at a time
.Desired prior experience in similar industry
.Excellent Communication Skills
.Excellent skills in reporting and deriving inferences from data
.Problem Solving Skills and an eye for detail
.Proven success with CXOlevel client management
.Expertise in transformation programs
.Excellent skills in reporting and deriving inferences from data.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
.Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills
.Must be able to work on a flexible schedule
.Ability to work under high pressure environment
