Senior Manager (L5) – Powertrain Crank Shaft Line Production

•Resolve process and quality issues related to crank shaft machining.

•Identify part defects and perform root cause analysis.

•Set up new model machining lines and manage ramp-up activities.

•Drive capacity improvements through debottlenecking and process optimization.

•Implement zero rejection systems and monitor compliance.

•Lead initiatives for cost reduction, productivity improvement, and operational efficiency.

•Coordinate with support functions and resolve issues via cross-functional teams (CFT).

•Promote a safety-conscious working culture and implement improvement practices (SDT, TPM, 5S).

•Liaise with Manufacturing and Quality teams for DWM issues and resolution.

•Drive tool cost reduction, power cost reduction, and overall productivity improvement projects.
