Senior Manager (L5) – Engineer New Technology Development

•Ensure delivery of COCs projects in accordance with TCDS (Technology Creation and Development System) processes, including process management and documentation facilitation of meetings.

•Manage ongoing technology projects and identify/initiate new projects under TCDS process.

•Drive ideation and brainstorming for new and 'blue sky' projects; support patent generation.

•Design components and CAD assemblies for NTD TCDS projects.

•Provide CAD support, query resolution, and technical assistance for NTD TCDS and other projects.

•Perform vehicle-level integration and DMU evaluation of technology projects with detailing, drafting, and 2D preparation.

•Work closely with Planning, Prototype, and Vendor partners for project execution.

•Track interdepartmental and external stakeholder progress for project development.

•Monitor monthly delivery of COCs TCDS projects and ensure targets are met.

•Facilitate review meetings, compile takeaways, track actions, and ensure closure of issues.
