Senior Manager (L5) – Cost Engineer – Electrical Prop

•Develop target and detailed should‑cost estimates for electrical propulsion components using model‑based costing tools

•Generate and refine directional and detailed cost targets as designs evolve through product development stages

•Create accurate should‑cost models and tooling cost estimates to support CAPEX planning and cost targets

•Collaborate with engineering to ensure design‑to‑cost and source‑to‑cost target achievement for electrical components

•Perform cost driver analysis and supplier quotation analysis to support negotiation and cost‑reduction strategies

•Benchmark costs against competition and best practices, and execute analytics‑based levers to drive cost efficiencies

•Lead cost reduction idea generation workshops and develop cost reduction plans using analytics tools (e.g., LPP, Weight Tree, Cost Tree)
