Job Description
- Own and execute end-to-end media buys across offline and digital platforms for one of the country's top-spending advertisers.
- Negotiate with top media partners to drive efficiencies, innovation, and measurable impact.
- Collaborate with internal teams—planning, ad ops, and mPlan—to deliver fully integrated, 360-degree campaigns.
- Track live campaigns, implement mid-flight optimizations, and ensure all delivery KPIs are met.
- Drive value through deal evaluations, event integrations, and custom content solutions.
- Work with data to track CPRPs, inflation benchmarks, and buying ROI.
- Ensure 100% compliance with all internal and client-facing processes.

What you'll need:
- 3-5 years of media buying experience with strong negotiation, vendor management, and CPRP fluency.
- Experience across TV, Print, and Radio; digital buying is a major plus.
- A data-first mindset, comfortable with tools like YUMI, BARC, MAP, and basic digital platforms.
- A strong eye for detail and a 'get-it-done' attitude.
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and isn't afraid to challenge the norm.
