Job Description

  • Lead the Commercial function within the Global Business Services (GBS) organization, ensuring alignment with corporate financial strategies and business objectives.
  • Drive commercial governance, compliance, and financial transparency across all GBS services and partner engagements.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to build and manage service-level agreements (SLAs), chargeback models, and cost allocations.
  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for GBS operations, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Implement performance measurement frameworks and KPIs to track value realization and operational efficiency.
  • Support strategic initiatives, cost transformation programs, and business case development for new GBS initiatives.
  • Manage vendor financial performance, contract compliance, and value delivery through regular review processes.
  • Provide financial insights, dashboards, and reports to senior leadership for decision support and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls, financial policies, and audit requirements.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across cross-functional teams.
