Key Responsibilities:

Execution Planning

• Plan resources and facilities in coordination with the Factory Head to meet business objectives (SQPDCME).
• Drive plant initiatives such as TQM deployment and WCQ sustenance according to the plant roadmap.

Production Management

• Monitor production requirements and ensure delivery as per plan with optimal cost efficiency.
• Review production of critical models and requirements.
• Ensure new model launches are executed as per project timelines.

Quality Management

• Review product and process quality to ensure adherence to set quality parameters.
• Ensure first-time-right production and customer satisfaction.

Cost Management

• Monitor and control factory cost parameters to achieve operational efficiency.

Employee Involvement and Capability Building

• Develop employee capabilities and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Maintain regular communication with teams to drive engagement and performance.
