Job Description

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Generate, qualify, and close opportunities through the full sales cycle
  • Apply deep understanding to address complex and strategic technology needs of businesses
  • Develop and maintain a quality pipeline of prospects
  • Discover, develop, and manage relationships with prospective customers to sell services
  • Understand customer pain points and identify solutions through strategic sessions
  • Make data-driven business decisions
  • Create and present proposals to stakeholders with strategic insights
  • Retain customers through responsiveness and excellent support
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets
  • Leverage knowledge of technology operations, enterprise IT infrastructure, and networking technologies
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through consistent communication and problem-solving
  • Drive demand generation via virtual meetings, emails, blogs, social media, and other digital channels

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in consultative sales of technology solutions and services to mid-market companies
  • Strong understanding of Cloud, IaaS, SaaS, and PaaS
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas and closing new business
  • Ability to build trust and communicate effectively via video, email, phone, and in-person
  • Strategic and holistic approach to business and sales processes
  • Strong problem-solving skills and pattern recognition in sales data
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to adapt behavior to achieve better outcomes
  • Technical proficiency, including sales intelligence, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • History of ongoing professional development
  • High level of drive, passion, and commitment to success
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
