Job Description
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Generate, qualify, and close opportunities through the full sales cycle
- Apply deep understanding to address complex and strategic technology needs of businesses
- Develop and maintain a quality pipeline of prospects
- Discover, develop, and manage relationships with prospective customers to sell services
- Understand customer pain points and identify solutions through strategic sessions
- Make data-driven business decisions
- Create and present proposals to stakeholders with strategic insights
- Retain customers through responsiveness and excellent support
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets
- Leverage knowledge of technology operations, enterprise IT infrastructure, and networking technologies
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through consistent communication and problem-solving
- Drive demand generation via virtual meetings, emails, blogs, social media, and other digital channels
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in consultative sales of technology solutions and services to mid-market companies
- Strong understanding of Cloud, IaaS, SaaS, and PaaS
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas and closing new business
- Ability to build trust and communicate effectively via video, email, phone, and in-person
- Strategic and holistic approach to business and sales processes
- Strong problem-solving skills and pattern recognition in sales data
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt behavior to achieve better outcomes
- Technical proficiency, including sales intelligence, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
- History of ongoing professional development
- High level of drive, passion, and commitment to success
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
