Senior Manager – Capex Planning

•Develop manufacturing strategy aligned with product technical requirements and volumes to determine CAPEX needs

•Finalize make vs buy strategy and select appropriate technology based on product requirements

•Calculate and plan annual CAPEX requirements with commitment and incurrence tracking for respective shops

•Plan process mapping, facility layout, and equipment needs considering vehicle manufacturability and volume forecasts

•Ensure facility readiness and adherence to project timelines (Gen3 process) for new vehicle and variant introductions

•Drive lean manufacturing concepts (TPM & TQM) during facility planning and implementation

•Benchmark processes and facilities (intra/inter plant) to identify best practices and new technologies

•Participate in seminars and workshops to introduce new technology for manufacturing engineering improvements
