Senior Manager - Capex & IDM Purchase

Key Responsibilities

• Process purchase requisitions timely in line with sourcing council guidelines and established strategies
• Manage multiple categories and cross-category requirements across all TML locations
• Prepare should-cost/cost estimates and build new costing templates as required
• Manage catalogues, finalize discount structures, prepare ARC for standard items, and coordinate directly with OEMs
• Participate in group-level initiatives for aggregation and explore cost optimization opportunities, including scope optimization, alternative sources, and VA/VE
• Ensure adherence to vendor evaluation and rationalization processes, and manage stakeholder engagement
• Monitor vendor payments, retentions, and ensure closure of open issues with stakeholders
• Participate in and execute productivity and process improvement projects within defined timelines
• Comply with TCOC guidelines and established audit processes
• Participate in plant-level CSR and team-building exercises
