Senior Manager - Business Intelligence

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Best Practices:

• Drive the development of BI and Analytics best practices
• Support design and development of data layers for reporting development and deployment
• Develop complex reporting tools, custom tables/views, and data models across databases

Team & Financial Management:

• Manage staffing and financial aspects of client engagements
• Build, manage, and develop the team to support growth
• Provide cross-service line facilitation

Planning & Operations:

• Support the development of operating plans and budgets
• Ensure timely deployment of reporting solutions
• Act as escalation point for client and internal issues
