Senior Manager-Autodesk Fusion Manage

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted consultant and subject matter expert to our customers, guiding the effective use of Autodesk Fusion Manage in product management and plant engineering contexts.
• Support customers in defining their PLM and project lifecycle requirements and translate them into scalable, value-driven Fusion Manage solutions.
• Provide strategic advice, best practices, and solution architecture input to help customers maximize their investment in Fusion Manage and mature their digital capabilities.
• Lead or co-lead customer engagements — from initial discovery and roadmap development to configuration, validation, and adoption planning.
• Collaborate closely with Cyient's internal technology, digital, and engineering teams to bring the right expertise into each consulting engagement.
• Contribute to and sometimes drive the implementation and enhancement of Fusion Manage, including integration with broader PLM ecosystems.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement both within the customer organization and internally at Cyient, based on real-world feedback and evolving use cases.
• Support pre-sales activities and business development by contributing domain expertise, solution proposals, and technical positioning.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in PLM, engineering systems, or product development — with at least 5 years working hands-on with Autodesk Fusion Manage.
• Proven experience in Fusion Manage projects, system development/enhancement initiatives, and integrations within complex PLM environments.
• Understanding of product lifecycle and plant engineering processes, and how these can be supported by Autodesk Fusion Manage.
• Experience working in customer-facing or consulting roles, ideally within an engineering services or digital transformation context.
• Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to work across cross-functional teams and business domains.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage stakeholders from both technical and non-technical backgrounds.
• Ready to Travel to US and Europe for short term for Customer discussions and business opportunities.
