Senior Manager-Advance Quality

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure quality standards for chassis aggregates such as brake systems, steering knuckles, and brake discs.
• Monitor production and inspection processes to ensure compliance with technical specifications.
• Develop self and support team growth through coaching, mentoring, and skill development.
• Recognize the need for change, initiate process improvements, and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Translate quality strategy into actionable plans and ensure effective execution.
