Senior Manager - Account Management

Key Responsibilities:

Client Servicing:

• Manage and support all client servicing responsibilities
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention

Business Development:

• Scout and pursue new business opportunities
• Achieve new business billing target of 10 Cr

Existing Business Management:

• Oversee top line billing of 25 Cr from existing business
• Monitor performance and provide insights for growth opportunities
