Senior Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Event Strategy & Execution: Design, conceptualize, and execute high-stakes events for Teach For India, ensuring they are ambitious, inspiring, and impactful.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage with a diverse group of stakeholders, including students, fellows, alumni, donors, and partners, to deliver meaningful event experiences.
• Team & Vendor Management: Manage internal teams, external vendors, and partners across 7 locations in India; ensure smooth coordination for all event-related activities.
• Event Types: Lead and oversee events such as theatrical productions, fundraising events, book launches, and special events showcasing Teach For India's community.
• Ownership & Leadership: Take end-to-end ownership of all internal and external events, including planning, budgeting, execution, and post-event analysis.
• Multitasking & Coordination: Handle multiple events simultaneously, collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Reporting: Report directly to the Communications and Marketing Director, providing regular updates on event plans, progress, and outcomes.
