Monitor and maintain production LPARS 24/7, handle console alerts, scheduled outages, IPLs, and clock changes.

Manage JES spool, diagnose hardware/software issues, and communicate with support teams.

Perform batch operations, schedule jobs, resolve conflicts, and analyze abends.

Execute recovery procedures for operating systems and production subsystems (IMS, CICS, DB2, IDMS).

Provide root cause analysis for incidents and escalate when required.

Document processes, write turnover reports, and maintain ITSM ticket accuracy.

Support process improvement initiatives and automation of operational workflows.

Communicate effectively across teams and with customers, ensuring timely delivery and issue resolution.

Adhere to contract performance standards and client SLAs.
