Senior Interior Designer

Job Description / Responsibilities:

• Assess and meet client requirements and desires through regular meetings and conferences.
• Produce sketches, drawings, and floor plans to illustrate concepts and finished projects using computer-aided design programs (CAD) and hand-drawing skills.
• Create idea boards to communicate design concepts to clients effectively.
• Apply a strong understanding and demonstrated aptitude for design principles.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in residential projects.
• Modular Interior experience is mandatory.
• A registered Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• Proven experience in handling clients and managing projects independently.
• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD and Google SketchUp.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively and efficiently.
• Possess a creative talent, imagination, and a keen eye for design.
• An excellent portfolio of previous works.

Qualification:

• Academic: Diploma in Interior Designing (2/3 years) or B.Arch.
• Technical / Professional: Proficiency as an Interior Designer, with expertise in Google SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
