Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and manage intercompany systems such as ICE UFA, ICE Pay, GEM, Yammer Support, and ICT Mailbox.
  • Lead transformation initiatives across systems by identifying automation, efficiency, and modernization opportunities.
  • Own and manage the Group Entity Manual (GEM) system, including updates, maintenance, training, and testing coordination.
  • Provide system and process training, including development and deployment of e-learnings on bp's Talent & Learning platforms.
  • Monitor service and IT SNOW tickets, ensuring timely closure and escalation when needed.
  • Administer the FBW Performance Reporting toolset and ensure completion of all month-end system requirements.
  • Maintain up-to-date user guides for all intercompany systems.
  • Manage the Intercompany Central Team mailbox and respond to escalated queries.
  • Support and ensure compliance with key controls for group reporting processes.
  • Represent intercompany systems in scrum meetings with DS&T, I&E, and product development teams.
  • Support silent running of the Group's intercompany agreement and elimination processes, ensuring all quarter-end imbalances >$500k are resolved.
  • Deliver user support for unresolved intercompany disputes and produce policy-aligned rulings.
  • Assist with statutory, internal, group, and ISO audits related to intercompany activities.
  • Partner with the Intercompany Team to analyze root causes, drive improvements, and resolve issues.
  • Lead and support transitions of intercompany activities and projects within the Intercompany Hub Team.
  • Own and update Intercompany Global Process Design Standards (GPDS), Variant SOPs, and ARIS models, ensuring process control and compliance.
  • Identify and implement improvements across operations and applications.
  • Create and maintain dashboards for insights, reporting, and automation support.
  • Establish and track compliance to intercompany policy and procedures.
  • Support the Intercompany Lead on operational, process, and transactional issues.
  • Establish governance frameworks for system-related transformation projects.

Essential Experience and Qualifications

  • Finance-related degree.
  • 4–5 years of experience in finance or intercompany operations.
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and financial understanding.
  • Experience managing financial systems and intercompany processes.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and deliver under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal, coaching, and influencing skills.
  • Customer- and service-oriented approach.
  • Confident in dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
