Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and monitor the execution of infrastructure works (roads, drains, STP, firefighting works, landscaping, and utilities).
- Liaise with consultants, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare cost estimates and conduct technical audits for ongoing projects.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Monitor project progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure timely completion within budget.
- Review drawings, designs, and specifications in coordination with design consultants.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
Key Skills
- Strong knowledge of civil infrastructure planning and execution.
- Good understanding of quality, safety, and environmental compliance in construction.
- Expertise in cost estimation and technical audits.
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.
