Senior Human Resources Specialist
Job Description
• Manage full spectrum of HR functions including employee relations, HR operations, payroll, compliance, compensation & benefits, onboarding, and performance management
• Serve as primary point of contact for employee relations, grievance handling, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
• Lead annual and mid-year performance appraisal cycles and support employee engagement initiatives
• Oversee statutory and regulatory compliance including income tax, provident fund, ESIC, POSH, bonus, gratuity returns, etc.
• Maintain accurate HR data in SAP and provide data-driven insights through dashboards and reporting
• Manage vendor relationships for insurance, benefits, and other HR services
• Support policy formulation, talent retention, and capability-building initiatives
