Senior Human Resources Specialist

• Lead strategic and operational HR functions across the organization

• Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution

• Oversee HR operations including onboarding, payroll, SAP data management, compliance, and HRIS updates

• Drive performance management, talent development, and reward & recognition programs

• Conduct employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and exit interviews

• Ensure legal and statutory compliance under Indian labor laws (PF, ESIC, POSH, Bonus, etc.)

• Vendor management for benefits, insurance, and external HR services
